Foreman
If you meet the below requirements, we want to hear from you! This opportunity would be perfect for a former roofing company owner or long-time foreman interested in starting a new life in Hawaii!!
- Must have 2+ years’ recent experience working as a Roofing Foreman for a residential roofing contractor. Please do not apply if you do not have this experience.
- Must be a detail-oriented professional with natural leadership qualities and a driven, motivated personality
- Ability to manage and motivate employees and to build and develop productive working relationships with personnel
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to run a forklift and telehandler proficiently
- In-depth knowledge of various sloped roof systems, the products used in those systems and their installation
- Knowledge to inspect and ensure attention to detail and quality and to identify, correct, and report unsafe conditions according to company standards
- Ability to collect and research data to the company’s benefit
- Able to understand complex problems and to make decisions that benefit everyone as much as possible
- Must be a tech-savvy person with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to navigate software programs and accurately enter data into a CRM
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Stable work history and clean criminal background, including DUI convictions
- Must be able to routinely pass drug tests
- Proficient English speaker

Roofer
Roofing Installer Employee Positions – EXPERIENCED ROOFERS ONLY (no subcontractors):
- Must have proven 2+ years of residential roofing experience. We DO NOT install commercial low slope roof systems, residential and condo roof systems only.
- Both YEAR ROUND POSITIONS and SEASONAL WINTER POSITIONS. If you live somewhere where the winter months are too cold to work, come work in Hawaii for the winter.
- Hourly Position with Overtime of 1.5x after 40 Hours. All pay is on the books, not cash.
- Benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, and a week paid vacation after 1 year of full time employment.
- You must be able to pass a random drug test without notice and not have any issues with alcohol.
- You must be a US citizen or have valid work permits/visa.
- Must speak English.
- Must have a valid Drivers License.
- We offer temporary housing initially for the applicants with extensive proven experience. Housing is for the employee only and not for family members.
- If you are relocating from the mainland or another island you need to have some money when you get here. If you are broke don’t waste your time applying. You will be paying for your flight to Lihue, Kauai (absolutely no exceptions).
- You will be working in one of the most beautiful locations on earth with a team of professional roofing craftsmen!

Gutter Installer
Rain Gutter Lead Installer Foremen & Rain Gutter Installers
ProBuilt Hawaii is looking for highly skilled residential Lead Gutter Installers and Gutter Installers to join our growing team in Hawaii. Our rain gutter division installs traditional seamless K-style gutters in copper and aluminium, and our projects range from multi-million-dollar large-scale commercial properties to multifamily buildings to residential roof replacements. These positions will include:
- Lead Gutter Installers: Must have 2+ years’ recent experience working as a Lead Gutter Installer for a residential roofing contractor. Must be able to manage others and speak English well.
- Gutter Installers: Must have 2+ years’ recent experience working as a Gutter Installer in residential roofing. Proficient English speaker is a plus, but not required.
- Must be comfortable with heights and working from ladders.
- Site Installations and Measurements.
- Inventory Management and Ordering
- Direct communication with the company owner

Equipment Operator
We are currently accepting applications for experienced equipment operators of Telehandlers / Skytraks / Gradalls. These positions will include:
- Our focus is on quality and professionalism.
- Must have proven experience and pass a skill test for equipment operator position.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must have equipment certification card.
- Must be on time daily, no exceptions.
- Must have a cell phone to clock in/out daily.
- Must be able to lift and carry 80 lbs or more.
- Must be motivated and desire to excel in life!

Laborer
ProBuilt Hawaii is accepting applications for entry-level positions with opportunities for advancement. As a member of our roofing family, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of roofing projects. - Perform roofing installations in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful completion of projects within specified timelines.
- Safely operate tools and equipment related to roofing work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.
- Qualifications:
