Thanks to the Pro Built crew for fixing up my rain gutters which were rusted in certain spots and in need of a few additional downspouts. Carlos was very helpful in assessing the job and figuring out what needed to be done to get my gutters back in tip top shape. Joe and Elliot showed up promptly after that to get the job done over the course of a day and a half.They made sure to keep the new downspouts tucked in high to avoid getting in the way of the the view here, which was a big plus. Isa was very helpful in coordinating the whole project and getting it done quickly as soon as I contacted them about the work I needed done. This review is long overdue!! Jason and his team replaced our old composite roof with a gorgeous shake roof this October and let me tell you, not only is it beautiful but the team of men are the nicest group of people I’ve come across . Having a 3 year old son, I was worried that there would be a lot of left over nails and such from the removal. There was nothing left behind! It was incredible. Not only do they do incredible work, but they took enough care to not leave a mess. It absolutely blew my mind! If you are in need of a new roof, don’t bother looking anywhere else. My existing roof was damaged in a wind storm on Christmas 2019. I contacted five roofing companies about re-roofing it. Many roofers said they would be out and never showed or came out and I never heard back from them. Jason with ProBuilt was very professional, bonded, insured, and offered a great warranty. I checked references and PBH has a great reputation. It turned out several friends had used PBH. I had to wait a few months for the re-roofing, solar attic vents and skylight replacement. It was worth the wait. The crew showed up early everyday and were very respectful of my property and did a very professionally installation. They cleaned up every day and on the final day everything was very clean. They used quality products. I now want them to install copper gutters when they can schedule it. If you want a professional roofing installation I recommend ProBuilt Hawaii. PBH installed the copper gutters and downspouts. The installation is professional and completes my roping needs,. Great quality and beautiful project now complete.

If I could give 1,000 stars I would. I don't even know where to begin. I recently was about to purchase a home in Kauai - another roofing company came out to give a quote after we got the inspection back . Several items were noted in the inspection and we wanted to have this addressed. I had gotten a quote back from this other company and it just didn't make any sense. I compared the roofing quote with the inspection and a lot of things were missed. The quote itself was very unprofessional and I won't even get into the small details it was just a palling how poorly this was done. I decided to take it upon myself and research roofers on the island and I came across Probuilt. After reading the reviews and how the owner even responded to a poor review( which was handled impeccably) I decided to reach out to them. all the contractors on island are incredibly busy, I couldn't even get a call back when calling plumbers, electricians, etc. Lisa was so responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. She worked her magic somehow and was about to get her husband out to check out the roof. Even with his busy schedule. Jason was able to come and conduct a thorough assessment of the roof which aligned with what the inspector said. Lisa and Jason are amazing to work with, they went above and beyond to help me. Unreal customer service and response time they gave me honest information to save me money with real information on how solar panel vent ports to cool down are home in the summer time 2 Seamless Gutters that divert rain water where you want so they don't fill your septic systems and help prevent flooding.

We reached out to ProBuilt Hawaii to get our roof replaced on a home that we recently purchased. Our roof was well beyond the end of its life cycle and the previous owner even applied a silicone sealant to try and extend the life. Jason and Lisa contacted us after we reached out and walked us through the entire process answering all the questions we had and addressed any concerns. The process was smooth and very efficient. They worked with our schedule and stayed in constant communication on what to expect and who to expect on our property. The on-site crew was very courteous and friendly. The entire process from removing the old roof to putting up the new one only took a day and a half. At the end of the first day, the crew did a fantastic job and picking up all trash and debris and finished it off with a magnetic sweep of the property to ensure that there weren't any stray nails or screws around. When the job was complete, they made sure to clean up every piece of trash and leftover material. It was truly spotless. When we had our solar contractors return to put our solar and PV system back up they asked who completed our roof. They commented that ProBuilt did an incredible job and it was noticeable that they took their time and paid attention to details. All the lines were straight and evenly cut. All the guys that were on the job were very polite and efficient. We had a very difficult roof situation and they made it look pretty easy. ProBuilt did a major cedar shake reroofing at our home of approx 3400 sq ft. Jason and his crew were punctual, professional, finished on budget and on a tight schedule. Our roof project was not a straightforward roof with insurance involved. Insurance would not pay the cost of getting roof replaced. Jason spent his time on out behalf with insurance adjuster to increase their allowable. They wouldn’t budge but after bringing in an outside party they did agree. There were other hurdles that Jason was able to work out with us. The crew showed up on the day promised and with the weather cooperating was finished in a few days. They did a nice job of cleaning up after the job was finished as well. All the communication from Jason was clear, timely and explained the process and what to expect. Great to have worked with them!

ProBuilt and the team inspected my roof to help me determine if now is the time to install a solar sstem plus a new roof. They could have easily said "Yes, you need a new roof". Instead they were open and honest. They let me know I have 4-5 years left on my roof and now isnt the time. When the time comes - I'll come back to ProBuilt

We tried to use numerous companies that were referred to us by a contractor friend. We even went to a metal house to purchase and install ourselves, we could not ever get a quote from them. I saw a ProBuilt truck and called, Lisa answered and said they were about 3 weeks out to come do an estimate, I was good with that, couple days later she called said was in the neighborhood and we had our quoted the next day. This company is amazing and their installers were gracious and professional. OUR GUTTERS LOOK AMAZING!!!

I am currently running my family business which was incorporated in 1947 by my grandfather and managed by my father for over 65 years. He helped me acquire a reputable solar heater company and a mold removal expert. I've never met a business owner who has the same utmost integrity and distinguished qualities like my father. Every day I look at the completed wooden shake roof, I smile, because I see the superior quality in workmanship and am proud knowing I chose the right contractor. At first I contemplated the idea about going with an unlicensed contractor but I thought it through and decided not to. The ultimate reason was I never wanted something to come back to my wife and I if something went wrong. Our home is located in Hanapepe and the ProBuilt team we called upon to check on our attic fans and roof. Their timely response and proposal process was a real professional touch. Lisa could not have been kinder about scheduling the jobs, especially since I was in a tight pinch to sell my house, and Jason sent a fantastic crew to work on my home who did a great job, were respectful AND cleaned up after themselves. Plus, Jason stopped by the house a few times to make sure things were running smoothly, which they were. By the time they were done, I didn't want to move. I met Jason when he came to do the inspection on my roof after it was damaged due to high winds. I was first impressed by ProBuilt when I received a follow up call from Lisa on the day of the inspection giving me a heads up on when to expect Jason's arrival. For someone that had so many inspections to do, he was quite punctual. Jason was professional, courteous and very re-assuring, making sure I knew what I could expect after he submitted his report. From that first meet, I decided to have ProBuilt do the repairs on my roof. I could not have chosen better. Jason, Lisa and their crew are exceptional! I recommend ProBuilt Hawaii to anyone.

I was very impressed with Jason. After the shingles blew off the roof, Jason came by to evaluate the situation. He had his crew put a tarp on the roof to prevent further damage to the to the inside of the building. My insurance company took a very long time to send a person out to look at the damage like over a month. After the evaluation was done than the claim adjuster took another month and a half to finally approve the claim. The damage occurred in February 2019 and the roof was finally repaired in the middle of May 2019. There was a stipulation on the how long the actual repair could take and Jason accommodated this by sending a big crew to complete the re-roof which took them half a day, amazing. Another thing that Jason did on the re-roof was that he added 3 vents so the roof would stay cooler since it never had any vents when the original roof was installed. All in all, my experience was excellent and I would highly recommend ProBuilt.

WOW. My property manager recommended ProBuilt and the installation of a new roof and gutter system was seamless. Being born and raised on Kaua'i and currently living off island made it important for me to hire a company that could work with an off island owner, yet also understood the local culture. Both Jason and Lisa were very responsive--from the initial call in to Lisa for a quote to wrapping up final payment with Jason. Everything exceeded my expectations--The attention to detail with the property, minimizing disruption, and the responsiveness and follow through. Proposal was electronic and allowed for e-signatures, gutter measurements were taken by laser which provided for increased accuracy, and project photos were sent upon project completion as requested. Items were handled as promised--oftentimes earlier than expected. They do a great job at managing expectations and time frames and are very responsive. A professional, well run operation.

I can't say enough good about Jason & Lisa Berry and their crew at PROBUILT. They are so professional! I just had new seamless gutters installed. I never thought I would rave about something like gutter and downspouts, but I just walked around the house when I got home - totally amazed. Perfect job! There was no mess left ...
